Just as I expected, very soft fabric, removable over foam memory, arrived very quickly.
Well packaged. Feels sturdy and comfortable around the neck. Curious to see if we can sleep well during our 14-hour flight.

Will it fit my neck?
One size. The wrap is open-ended rather than a closed loop, so it
sits against necks of most sizes rather than clamping to one. If it
sits wrong on you, send it back within 100 days.
Does it get hot?
The inner surface that touches your neck is open honeycomb mesh, not
solid fabric, so warm air moves through instead of pooling against
your skin. On a long flight this is the difference most people notice
first.
Does it push my head forward?
No. The body is thickest at the sides and thinnest at the back, so it
fills the gap between your shoulder and jaw without wedging your head
off the seat. That's the point of the asymmetrical shape.
Can I wear it with headphones?
Yes with in-ear buds. With large over-ear headphones the ear cups sit
just above the pillow — it works, but the fit is snug. If you fly with
over-ears, expect to adjust one or the other.
